This is a post from a month and a half ago that I enver finished, but
thought there was some information worth discussing in it.

I think you mean, Steve Marriot...right?! And, maybe actually yes, with
Marriot Or even better Terry Reid, I think Page & co. could've made it
All 3 of them were choices at the time......I don't remember the order,
but Winwood declined because he didn't want to abandon traffic (a great
band in itself......talk about a horrid sounding 80's solo career though!)
