Hey !!!

  My Fireplace is burning low.... I am in the mood for some Zep talk.....

 Anyone remember their first ever Zep boot ? Or recording off the radio 
? I do.  It was when my older bro first recorded the BBC rock hour aka 
King Biscuit of Zep.  I friggin listened to that tape over and over and 
over untill I had every single note, word and snap crackle pop ( FM in 
the burbs!) memorized. I was forever transfixxed by it.

At the click of a button, a show magically appears on your hard drive.
No need to even trade. FAr out! But , to talk about it...is just 
fabulous. Still, the thrill of hearing something you've never heard 
before....That's what it's all about! To think, I've been at it for at 
this point, nearly half my age...and to think at this point, I'm STILL 
only halfway done... Man...the thrill of it all. . .

I wanna hear about it... I wanna talk about it... I am woman hear me 
roar... oh wait... wrong list...  ; )   I hope people can still take a 
joke.

 Where was I ?

 I want to know just what is it that makes folks like me, you and the 
1200 +  here on FBO love Led Zeppelin. Why do we still follow them ? Why 
do we still admonish them? Why do we still want to see them errrrrrr 
re-unite again ? WHY?!?!?!

 I'll tell you why..... they rocked. They rolled. They thrilled your 
body through and through. They were the soundtrak of your life. They ARE
the soundtrak of your life.

 Bottom line...they made damn assed good music.  Cut the waffle, cut 
the mystical bs...they were a great band and we to this day love their 
music. Warts and All, DG to FBO was the forefather of all that is 
today's internet Zeppelin community. It is what YOU make of it.

 I just jumped a train that never stops.............................

 I ain't no conductor...I'm just shovelin coal folks.....
