Re: Is Underground Uprising Objective?

Just so everyone knows, I don't think 10 years of a
site should be trashed by a few recent reviews.

Maybe the problem does lie into the fact that many of
us knowledgeable collectors do not voice our opinions.

I don't know if the three people posting the beezlebub
people are getting free copies of the shows, sell the
stuff and for all I know, these three people could be
the same person.

What I feel UU should do in regards to this latest
issue over Bron-Y-Aur stomp from 5/26/77 is to keep
the reviews on the site, but add a note of disclosure.
It could be a note from the webmaster declaring
something like: "Beezlbub made a claim that this show
has complete SBD sources of No Quarter and Bron Y Aur
Stomp. So far the claim about Bron Y Aur Stomp appears
to be a hoax."...

If a bootleg title that is reviewed on the site has
some misleading information in the review, why
wouldn't UU want to clear the air on the issue?

The whole point of bringing this issue up is that UU
can take advantage of this feedback and correct a
situation.

Other people reading the site are feeling like UU
appears to be promoting titles instead of giving
critical reviews.
I was basically identifying symptons of a problem.
It's up to UU to figure out how to deal with it.

Take Care
Grant
