Yes, it was kept prety hush hush. I just did a search and only came up 
with a couple of news reports on it and almost all are dated no earler 
that 11/5...so maybe things were dire indeed and no news of it was 
released until they saw how he was doing???  Some sites say medically 
induced coma, others make no mention.

 Either way, tough times for a great music mogul.

Although, shouldn't Jimmy have been thanking Jerry Wexler too?
