Re: Is Underground Uprising Objective?

Nearly a week has gone by since Underground Uprising
has been contacted by a few collectors who have
exposed the hoax of Bron-Y-Aur Stomp in the 5/26/77
SBD.

To me this will be a credibility test for UU to see
how they address this issue. To me to ignore this
issue would be aiding and abetting the people who put
out Beezlbub CD's.

Personally I don't care if the people who review the
product are getting free copies or even selling the
stuff themself.

But from the website itself:
"We do not condone this evil trade, this website
exists for information purposes only and acts as a
warning and a deterrent in the interests of public
service. Caveat emptor!"
and

"our aim is to review releases as objectively as
possible. "Seek The Truth" is the motto of Underground
Uprising."

By not addressing the issues of the hoax involved of
the 5/26/77, I do not believe UU is living up to it's
mission statement, thus it's credibility is eroding.

I really don't care about the backroom politics of
this site on who posts reiews, who's reviews are
censored, etc. My feeling is a simple one and here's a
simple analogy that many of us can relate to in our
everyday life:

If you are in a public bathroom and it stinks because
someone is taking a dump, you are not going to wait
around to see who is responsible. You are going to get
the hell out of there ASAP.

With UU, something may stink it it's their job to deal
with it not me.

Take Care
Grant
