(NZC) bit torrent question.

I've been getting the message listed below...and  was wondering if this is 
necessary, has anyone "upgraded"...and I ask, because I  know in the past..with 
some of the "free" software and stuff, sometimes the  original or older 
version seems to be the best...and was wondering if the same  holds true for 
bit 
torrent clients.

I've no problem going to 5.0.0., just  thought I'd ask you tech savvy folks 
first, before I jump the gun.
