For Georgia, USA Residents only - Finding a cheap Vinyl store(NZC)

I have been trying to find a very cheap way of finishing my LZ vinyl
collection, plus getting a player to play them.  Also, I want to find
a very cheap way to start an ELP, Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd, ABB, etc
vinyl collection.

In Cape Cod I found a vinyl store that was selling unopened, brand new
Zep vinyl for $5 a piece.  They had LZ III, In Through the Outdoor,
and Coda, all of which I bought, and opened.  I want to get copies of
those and two of the rest (one unopened and one to play).  Is there a
vinyl shop in Georgia (preferably near Marietta, especially in the
East Cobb district; but okay if it isn't, as long as it's
semi-semi-close [like, maybe, 50 miles out]) that would sell
unopened/new LZ vinyl at no more than $15 a record?
