Purchasing Silvers

I hope I'm not doing the wrong thing by asking this here, but... :D

To me, purchasing boots has always been an immoral thing, simply
because the artist is not making money.  However, I have more and more
wanted a silver in my LZ boot collection lately, and have decided that
no matter what the cost, I will find a way to make that silver the
Wiskey-A-Go-Go set that is supposed to be coming out.

How do I get in contact with Empress Valley about purchasing the
Whiskey set?  Also, do they have a mailing list and such that I can
join to keep a heads up for otherenew releases?

And, finally, what about other labels?  How do I get in contact with
labels in general, especially considering none would have websites?
