Knowing Percy's acidic tongue, he'd probably say something about Allison
reminding him of JPJ circa TSRTS ;)

Yep. Allison's voice is about as in tune and as pure as they get.
Percy's going to have to put out this time (vocally of course ;). Surely
the powers that be would never release it if he doesn't.

Yes, I read that one too. In rereading it just now it struck me how much
what he said in this sounds exactly like a magazine interview I remember
picking up in 1993 at the time Fate of Nations was released. He spieled
on about how he's free of the Zeppelin shadow because he simply ignores
it, blah, blah, blah. And in the meantime, all the pictures make me
wanna ask him, "But Percy, then why did you look up your TSRTS-era
barber again and dig out the '73 tour clothes!? I swear if this guy
doesn't stop obsessing about his Zeppelin past he's gonna have a
cerebral incident! 

As you say, you're posting about him because the other two seem to have
fallen off the radar. We know Jimmy's socializing. Too bad JPJ wouldn't
find himself a buddy with an ego and a website diary. ;) (seriously, I
don't care what you guys say, I like Halfin. He often says what needs to
be said!).

Imagine how good Allison's voice would sound over one of those amazing
Page blues solos. LP #1 would be a better match for her voice than an
intune Percy! Then add one of JPJ's English string treatments and some
of his Jamerson-like bass work and man, what a potent mix! To heck with
a Zeppelin reunion, I want Jimmy, John Paul and Allison. Percy could be
the manager, or the roadie! ;)
