Basie '75 'all-star jam' set video has been released as part of an excellent 
series of Montreux Jazz DVDs:

above is just a small-ensemble 'All-Star' jam session with Basie featured on 
piano - not his Big Band.   many of those '70s Montreux sets' audio were 
originally released as live LPs on Norman Granz's Pablo label - here's the 
live album/CD of the 1975 Count Basie Big Band [separate, and presumably the 
one JPJ and Bonzo attended] performance:

don't know about Etta James' set from '75 Festival but it might've also been 
recorded/videotaped ....
