Near the top of the screen there is a note that says "Please wait __ seconds". After that amount of time, an ad pops up on the web page, you need to click on the X to close it, it covers up the link to download the file. The li8nk to download it is in the same spot as it said "Please Wait __ seconds" 

It still works for me.
