They played ALAIHY most nights on the first US tour. Just off the top of my
head they played it on 12/30/68, 1/10/69, 1/12/69, 1/23/69, 2/14/69, and
those are just the recorded examples. They probably played it on many of
the nights that recordings haven't surfaced. TKAR wasn't always the opener,
there are a few recorded examples of it being played later in the set.
