I don't understand all the technicalities either. In the Q magazine 20th
anniversary issue, McCartney mentioned something about part ownership of
some of the Beatles catalog reverting back to him in about 10 years. He
did say it kinda hurts having to pay someone else every time he plays
"Hey Jude" in concert!
