My favorite RP album is Fate of Nations - wonderful
ALL the way through. I don't have a least favorite,
mind - all have unique strong points. Dreamland put me
to sleep for a year (I played it as I went to bed
every night) and I tend to put in Shaken & Stirred
when I want to concentrate on a task but also need
music in the background.
Ah, Steve - who said
"such throw away tracks as Billy's Revenge, Helen of
Troy, Why, Big Love, She Said ruined so many listening
sessions. In addition, he should be sentenced to 40
lashes for inflicting the three-pack line-up of
wretchedness that is The Greatest Gift, Great Spirit,
and Network News! Absolute ca-ca of monumental
proportions! The beginning of that album was
wonderful, the middle not bad, but my God were those
last three stinkers!"
Mind explaining yourself? Cause that's awfully strong
language, especially considering that many of us
consider The Greatest Gift as one of Robert's best
ever songs... Opinion's one thing, flat out
denunciation without qualifiers just riles up those
who don't agree with you..
Course that may be the goal, naturally.
My fav JP album is Outrider - has some beautiful stuff
on it.
I like Thunderthief AND Zooma - hard for me to make
the call between the two.
