RE: Robert Plant b'day party tribute band

All I can tell you all is this ... if you get a chance to see Lez Zeppelin, TAKE IT!!!!!

I was lucky enough to see the ad for the Robert Plant B-Day Celeberation last year (in August of 2004) and caught Lez Zep. Trust me, I was totally skeptical of the whole thing, but as I posted afterwards, they were absolutely fantastic. In short, they really "got" it ... they didn't try to mimic Zep. Instead, they presented their own take on Zep tunes, while remaining "true" to the originals at the same time. Not an easy thing to do, but done quite well nonetheless.

I look forward to seeing them again ... and so should all of you if they come to your area. Check out their website for a list of dates, etc.
