Actually if you use Nero you can burn on the fly from FLAC.

I'll assume you're on a Windows PC, not a Mac.

Download the FLAC front-end here:

Then go here and read up:

Once your files are uncompressed into WAVs, simply proceed as you would
normally to burn an audio CD.
