MISC RAMBLING

Sometimes I want to take a Zep song on CD or a DVD and just insert it in to
my brain. The raw aluminum impaling my cerebral cortex and synching with my
synapses in my pre-frontal cortex right above my eyes

I see colors when I hear Zep songs and want to imbed that power and color
deep within the marrow of my mind. I want to be able to hear "D&C" from TSRTS
every time I have de-ja-vu.

I suspect that if you pried open my cerebellum, you would see the music and
lyrics of "Immigrant Song" solo from Osaka 9/29/71 etched in to the myelin
sheath surrounding the axons that make the 100 billion connections of my
brain.
It has melted molten in to my mind; a design, an icon that washes over my
every thought and emotion like the Ocean.

Maybe someday there will be a Matrix-like world where we all could virtually
"live" within the electricity and artistry that is Led Zeppelin.

( I see a cool screen-saver idea of the four symbols trickling down the
screen in the glow in the dark green from that film).

Regarding Jimmy's next project : I think it would be nice if he could craft
an amalgam of raw obscure and oblique exotic electric and acoustic aural
assaults as has been his forte' long overlooked in recent years.

Maybe it should encompass some new tunings, some "Moroccan roll",a bit of
chunky, robust and tasty bowing or exotic instrumentation that could transport
us
to Saturn again.

Take the middle part of WLL and Yallah with the theremin and smash them
together over a pounding, thrashing Immigrant Song-style of riffmentation.

I hope that he resists the middle-of -the road-boring ass Clapton/ Santana
temptation to be commercially available and likable. We need something dirty
and powerful again.

How about jamming with JPJ with some unconventional time signatures and
meaty riffs? How about Robert's son as a guest vocalist ? How about an
unknown
vocalist ?

Merge, purge and converge the urge then splurge and surge. Hammer of the Gods.

Makes me wonder what I did before we synchronized !!
