RE: ongoing tours

I just saw the Black Crowes at the New Orleans Jazz Fest and it was indeed righteous. The set list was a bit shorter (than the other shows I've checked up on) since they were just one part of a multi-act festival, but it was over an hour anyway. They sound great, 2 black female backup singers, and a few long stretched out hard rock jamming sections. The obligatory drum solo brought cheers from the sundazed crowd. I think they played at least one new song so there's another album coming I'll bet. The singer, Chris, has a big beard and all of them have "shorter" hair now. Kate Hudson was flitting around on the side of the stage, during the rockers dancing, and mysteriously disappearing behind the stage for the slower songs. All in all a great day out!

One that is a must see i think is the Black Crowes.
They are back after almost a 4 year break and
guitarist Marc Ford is back in the band!! they've been
jamming, doing lots of their back catalog songs
including rarities, bsides and several covers, new and
old! check them out if you have a chance.. they are
awesome!!
