Von, you and I have always been friendly, but I have to say that it's
getting really annoying seeing you respond in the negative petulant tone
every single time Carol posts - it's three consecutive posts now that
you've referred to Carol as a narcissist, or hypocritical, or unable to
drop a grudge.  It's no secret that you two don't necessarily get along,
but for God's sake be mature about it and stop posting this crap
on-list.
        I personally think that Robert was the very model of what a
rockstar should be - in 1975.  I think he doesn't intend to harm anyone,
but puts his foot in his mouth so often he knows the shoe size of his
face.  I think every singer on the planet would do well to (especially)
watch Robert perform and learn that showmanship is more than singing.
And I think I'm tired of the bickering about him.
        Von, you're better than this.  I'm not even taking up for Carol
here - I'm taking up for the rest of us who are sick of listening to it.
TO EVERYONE:  IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMEONE KEEP IT OFF THE LIST.
If someone posts something that you take as a personal attack, be the
bigger person and DON'T RESPOND ON LIST.  
        Admins, I suggest borrowing a policy from hockey, since they're
not using it - in hockey, the two players who fight are allowed to
continue fighting until they wear out, and then are escorted to the
penalty box.  Third man in is ejected from the game and suspended for
the next game.  FBOers - take your fights to the private penalty box.
If it goes public, well, if it were up to me someone would jump up and
down on your crank with the ol' golf cleats.  Enough is enough.
