Nech mentioned this in his review of the DVD screening and private party
afterwards- JPJ was asked about that, and he said that it was just placed
there and no one thought muh of it, it wasn't connected anywhere. He also
commented that it was a good thing it didn't ring, because he wouldn;t
have known what to do in the middle of the concert if it did ring. So
there ya go, it served no purpose other than decoration...
