Today show hidden Plant quote

Didn't anybody catch the small clip of Plant at about the halfway point
of the show BEFORE the main interview?? They threw in a Plant response
to what made Led Zeppelin so special. He answers something along the
lines of....."there was this fantastic sociability of the group, the
preparation for the shows, the whole deal that got us to the point that
we go onstage, and we play like....The Hammer of the Gods".

I almost fell off my chair!!! I loved it.

Another great comment by Plant in the main interview segment is when he
mentions to Lauer to watch Achilles Last Stand at Knebworth to see how
the unity in the band was so unbelievable.

Lauer said "Alcohol Overdose" Think that was rehearsed? ; )

> You know that your Zeppelinaholicism is rampant when your in-laws call
you first thing in the a.m. to tell (well remind ) you in their heavy
Scottish brogue that the Zed Leppelin lads are coming on!!! I kid you
not!

> You know when I first heard of the upcoming Today show on Tuesday
evening I thought " What ? Just who booked that one?!" I bet they're
rethinking that one as well. I also heard of Conan but no date.
>
> IMO there was no comfort zone on that sound stage. Beyond the agitated
posturing between the boys, the crew of the Today show were definately
overwhelmed and intimidated. Heck you'd think these guys bit heads off
bats or something! I was somewhat reminded of the DVD "Beatle
questionaire" interview. No?

good. I'm coughing so much my head feels like it's gonna pop off!!!

> If anyone ever wants to argue with you about Bonzo *not* being the
greatest... Pull a Clockwork Orange on them and force them to watch the
RAH Moby Dick. Holy SHIT! You'd think that kit would implode!! Just
watching that cowbell get turned round the stand as he hits it sends a
jolt down my sciatic. If they still wanna argue with you, pronounce them
brain dead and turn off the respirator.

> I just can't believe it that I got Jonesey's, Zoe's and JImmy's
autographs. I still get chills every time I look at Jimmy's autograph
"Rock ON!" I will Jimmy I will. I'm already in the process of getting a
frame ready to mount Jonesey's , 2 of Jimmy's, Zoe's, my invites,
theater stubs and programme for safe keeping. Of course it's all getting
scanned in and as soon as I gather some more pics from the rest of the
crew will put up a small site to share with you all the FBO'ers night
out to remember. Hey JEremy, Cindy!!!! Where are your reviews?!?!?! I
need a picture of Tango Man !!

you of course!!!

thought...Don't you even think about it. Glad to see all the stern
objections and warnings before I threw in mine. It cannot be stressed
enough just how verbotten THAT is. Sorry Joe one for the Zeppin-Hood
road.
>
> Now that I think about it I should've bought those fab FBO business
cards I got from the Zeppin-hood to give out!!!! Contact me about that
