second part of the NYC premiere event out just some thoughts I need to send out 
to the list 
pertaining to what I've seen over the past 24 hrs.

1) Are you serious?!! Are some of you complaining and whining over the cover 
art?!!! What 
they wore in the late 60's and early 70's ??? Are you friggin kidding  me ? Did 
you suckle 
on your mother's teat for life giving nourishment and then look at her after 
your pathetic 
belly was full and say " Hey baby that was great but you ain't no Dolly Parton 
" ? Hear me now: 
shut up and listen.  As it was said , you want artwork buy a fuckin bootleg. 
I'm in it for the 
music. 80% of my collection is nothing more than monochromatic blank cases with 
the show date 
scribble don it. Oh man that infuriates me. You wanna see some crazy duds? I'll 
send you some 
really bad pics of me from then.

3. Von, I understand your excitement but please ...stop ...breathe and 
think...do we really 
need an update every few hours about your vcd tree? 
GAther your info, put it together , post a link to the structure.It's that 
simple.

4. Wow, prices are cheap...if I wanted to be a bargain hunter I wouldn't be a 
Zep fan. If 
I need to see where it's cheapest I'd pick up the penny saver. Do you think 
they have CC's, 
BB's and Targets in the UK or the land of OZ ? And yes we know already..Amazon 
this and that.


Why am I saying this? Because people...the list is ALIVE ..ALIVE and well, 
concentrate on 
the music. Concentrate of the magik..Concentrate and think of all the people 
that don't live 
in a land where 1.544 speeds are a reality.  Hey I'm guilty as hell of taking 
up bandwidth but 
you can never accuse me of a ' quote the previous post and append "me too"' at 
the top posts. 

On a more freindly note:

Is there more in the bag? Me thinks probably. Will we see it ? Can't say as of 
yet, but I 
wouldn't put it past them, wouldn't hold my breath either.

University gig eh ? What about that thing he did not too long ago jamming with 
the kids ? 
Can't recall the date and if my low speed link allowed it I'd surf over to TBL 
and find it 
but alas with the torrential downpour outr there today I'm lucky to get this 
out. Imagine how 
long it took me to go through 130+ EMAILS since last night.

Enjoy the DVD/CDs. Play them often play them loud...

Oh yeah, before I forget... Jimmy showboating and ruining the shows so much so 
that people 
were walking out???? Hey "letsrock" show us some specifics.  I for one found 
Jimmy's "antics" 
during the Ocean as being nothing more than the actions of one who is in 
complete command of 
his instrument and the music he wrote. I absolutely loved it. Could you after 3 
hours of 
musical mayhem even walk across a stage let alone rock out and just plain enjoy 
yourself. 
Turning the volume knob would probably grind your musicianship to a complete 
halt.

grr hrrr grrr hrrrrrrrr.

Led Zeppelin is just so good they make the jealousy come out in all of us.
