LA drone?

So could someone please explain to me what the "LA drone" is?  should I be 
ashamed of myself for not knowing? I would just wait until tomorrow to get the 
CD/DVD and find out for myself, but alas, I´ve been studying in Spain this past 
semester and wont get home until June 14.  Meanwhile I don´t want to buy a DVD 
here (if its even being sold in Spain...is it?  any Spain residents on this 
list?) cos I know international DVDs are in different...formats? (I dont know 
cos I dont even own a DVD player yet, how sad is that?)  but regardless, I´ll 
ask family in the states to buy me a copy so the minute i get home ill have it 
in my hands...then ill have to find someone with a DVD player and a great sound 
system and make them watch it with me. :)
