Hey All:

Rather than fill up on recordings of what will be out on Tuesday, I've been
chronologically listening to all my other shows, and am now up to 9/29/71.
Much as I admire the so-called "soundboard" of that show (best version I
have of it is Last Stand Disc's), I can't help but wish that 9/29 would get
an official releases, though I know that's not gonna happen. As I listen to
the insanely great, almost half-hour version of "Whole Lotta" on LSD,
however, I'm annoyed once again at how low in the mix the vocals are on that
song (and indeed through much of "soundboard" recording of the show, with
the notable exception of "Dazed," and the acoustic set). My question: are
any of the audience recordings from this show better in terms of the vocals?
If so, I need to get one.
