FYI,

I've seen this a lot over the past couple of days as well.

Looks like it's W32/Palyh@MM. The attachment is usually a pif, which I believe
is scanned by most anti-virus programs. If not, you should be able to manually
add the extension to the list of scanned files.

Gotta keep your eyes open while on the super-highway.
