I'm sure that is what they're trying to do, but they're doing it the 
right way.  It's not going to work to try to crack down on 
bootleggers.  You have to try to undercut them.  That way bootleggers 
can no longer make a profit, fans get great music cheap, and the 
bands get their due royalties.  Frank Zappa did a similar thing with 
his Beat The Boots series, except he actually took real bootlegs, 
copied them, and sold them cheap.  This is even better because it'll 
be from the soundboard, and hopefully well-recorded.
