Phish have been doing this since their return from hiatus; every one of
their shows has been available for download in either SHN or MP3 format,
within 48 hours of the show, for about $13 per show (in SHN).

I'd be all for this "Instant Live" thing except that it's an initiative of
Clear Channel, and therefore automatically suspect. I wouldn't be surprised
if their true motivation wasn't to try to put the squeeze on the taper and
trading communities.
