No, check that, it was GREAT.Can't wait to hear the
rest of it, especially since unlike many of you, I've
never heard any of the '72 Long Beach boots. I've only
got about 20 or so boots, but even from those, it
seems like, some nights, they were just a little bit
EXTRA GREAT, a bit more MOTIVATED, a bit more
INSPIRED.....this sounded like that....maybe that
California debauchery brought out the best in them???
Just when I thought I'd heard the best things from
Bonzo, I hear something like this, and I'm amazed all
over again- Jonesy is with him like a hand in a
glove-JP's a bit cleaner and even MORE smoking than
usual- even Percy was having a good night!! And I've
only heard just the one track!!! NOW I'm getting that
excited, anticipatory feeling all over again!!! My 2
cents on the reunion thing- maybe not only was Bonzo a
beloved friend of the boys, but could it be that THEY
have so much respect for him as a musician that they
know ANYONE (even Jason) else sitting behind the
drums, under the 'Led Zeppelin' banner, would be a
severe downgrade??So, if it never happens, it wouldn't
break my heart either. What are those release dates
again????????????????????????? Very happy now :-)
