Reality check.  Many bands replace members.  It's a
fact.  There is nothing holy or sacred about the
original configuration of Led Zeppelin.  Bonham was
talented and relatively unique.  But it is not a
stretch to say another drummer would do a fine job. 
You bury the dead and move on, that is all there is to
it.  Your argument is sentimentality.
