A few things

1. I went to the Fleetwood Mac show here in Portland last night. Since this 
isn't a Mac list I'll spare a lengthy review.. but wow what a show. I'm not the 
biggest fan and the tickets were actually for my girlfriend, but I really 
enjoyed it. If you have a chance to catch them on the last few dates it's well 
worth it. Unfortunately the size of my wallet matched the size of the band 
members on stage from my seats way up in the sky but hey, they played all the 
hits 
and played a few encores.. great stuff.

2. I'm looking for recommendations for songs or bands to seek out in line 
with my favorite song of the day, "Cisco Kid" by WAR. You know.. heavy 
bassline, 
intense rhythm section.. something along the lines of "Lost Due to 
Incompetence" from the Up In Smoke soundtrack.

3. For those arguing against hoarding, they won't listen. I really hate the 
argument that you have to keep a rare tape hoarded to liberate other rare 
tapes... liberate them for whom? Yourself?  Isn't it just great to make the 
case 
that you need to keep the tapes locked up so you can pry more from other 
collectors.. then never let the masses hear ANY of it. Why not just tell it 
like it 
is.. you like having something no one else does.. you like dangling it in front 
of us and bragging.. and you like the idea of big money from Japan. 

4. If my usual trend holds.. something rare should come out soon.. always 
does after I go on a rant like that.
