The answer to that question is yes. But before you get your hopes up,
the AD 1200 model that I mentioned earlier (the $45 base model) has had
the hidden region code menu removed. Early AD 1200s are going for almost
$300 on Ebay because of this feature. Check www.dvdrhelp.com cuz they
will tell you which decks have that hidden feature. I bought a cheap
one, but now I want the region free feature, so now I'm going to have to
buy another. Oh well :)
