Hey guys,
cut this bloke some slack will you. I've had nothing but good dealings
with him, and obviously, the guy has a life and doesn't monitor his
mail 24/7. Who knows, he might be having a break (holiday) or is away
on business, or whatever. Regardless of innuendo regarding 'shady
past' and other stuff, be patient. The rewards could be great. I
figure using terms like 'elitism' could prove to be more harmful than
not.
Just my 2 cents worth

Primarily due to his Zeppelin-only SHN server, I'd guess
Mr. "Presence"
simply already has almost every Zepp show currently available, and
only if
you emailed him about something 'new' would he become interested in
you. I
know three others who also have been completely ignored by this guy
(myself
included), and I can also assume he receives more than a few emails
per day
with similar requests and doesn't want to take the time to respond nor
feels
that it would be beneficial to him.
The man running this Zeppelin SHN server has a very shady past, and if
enough people comment he's likely to respond back with some excuse or
remark
himself.
I certainly like the idea of a Zeppelin-only SHN server, and I would
hope
that something like it succeeds as other SHN servers (via ftp,
DirectConnect, etc.) have for other bands. But, being that it is
Zeppelin -
a band unlike any other when it comes to obtaining 'unreleased'
material new
or old - I really don't think it's going to work anywhere near as well
unless someone very generous steps up and keeps it up. I was hoping
that
Mr. Presence would turn over a new leaf when I first heard of his
idea, but
that certainly doesn't appear to be the case. I hope I'm wrong.
