I got the oppertunity to see Blues legend Otis Rush play at the North
Atlantic Blues Festival in Rockland, Maine earlier this evening. And let
me tell you, for a guy who is 69 years old, this guy knows how to rock it
out. What a fantastic set. And yes, he did the one song I really was
hoping he would do. No, not "Cross-Cut Saw," but none other than "I Can't
Quite You Babe." It was his version of the Willie Dixon penned tune that
Zeppelin covered, and man, it was amazing. If you get a chance to check
this guy out while he's still around you will NOT be dissappointed!
