Led Zeppelin: The Concert File

I've been searching for this book for sometime now, with no luck. I do have
a friend that has a copy and been thinking about scanning it and creating a
pdf file for my use which would be a lot of work. So I thought I'd give it
one more search on the net and at local used book stores.
No luck. I even sent an email to Omnibus Press and asked if they had any
plans to reprint it. Here is what I received;

Unfortunately that book is permanently out of print. We do not know of any
updated reprints for "Led Zeppelin: Concert Doc." 0711953074

Now today, searching the net for "concert file" I run across this on the
ever so great website "Underground Uprising"

 Press, London, 1997). Exhaustive research, coupled with a complete grasp   
 and enormous knowledge of the subject, makes this an invaluable reference  
 work. There is a very useful section at the end for all the Solo projects, 
 and Page/Plant concerts up to 1996. Unfortunately this book is out of      
 print, but a new edition will be published in 2003."                       


Anyone know the skinny on this and if/when it will be published? Would love
to get copy and I don't really want to scan 174 pages. Call me lazy.
