Dvd quality question(s)

Just got Cosmic Energy label Page Raving Arizona 1988, and Eclipse label..P/P 
Walking Eastside, Highlights of the 98 European tour, got a question..on the 
P/P dvd, is it suppose to hang abit at the opening of Tangerine? It seems 
like it is going to skip or hang, finally it moves on, but it's annoying.  I 
have Led Zeppelin Seattle 77 on its way...is there anything about the quality 
of it, that I need to be aware of now, so when i get it i don't freak out?
