What happened to the Starship??

Can anyone confirm or deny the following item I came across while
reading Rock Scullys "Living With The Dead."

If this is true, it's new zep trivia to me 

Basically Rock is talking about when he was trying to get to Egypt for
the Deads 1978 gigs at the pyramids that he was scheduled on some sort
of cargo flight that was grounded (it was a US departure). He states
that the plan was Zeppelins old plane and the insides had been gutted
and retrofitted to move livestock. The books also has some interesting
stuff about a photo shoot with herb cane in 69 where zep was run off
basically by Pigpen shooting a gun in the flat they were all in.

*If* this is true (Scully consumed more blow than most in his day) I
can totally picture it. Can you imagine how thrashed the plane would
have been after the 73 tour? Zep didn't buy it new and you know they
used it hard....

Kind of funny if true.
