Who made Jimmy's guitars?

A young lady at work tells me that a friend of her Father's, who now lives
in New Zealand, used to make guitars for Jimmy Page in Somerset, UK.  Does
anybody know who this may be, and whether it is true?  I'm sure many guitar
makers claim to have made guitars for Jimmy.  She said that Jimmy used to
pester the guy continually by ringing up each day until the guitar was
ready!
