Just picked it up this afternoon. I had no trouble finding this in one of
Montreal's many magazine outlets. Every store here that has an international
magazine section (and there are lots) seems to have a copy--but only one or
two.

If you live in a North American city big enough to have a newsstand that
gets all the major international newspapers and magazines, you shouldn't
have much trouble finding a copy.

I'm just about to dig into it. So far, the thing that impresses me most is
the number of photos I've never seen anywhere else. Almost all of the live
shots are very precisely dated, too. Expect a flurry of Japanese bootleg
reissues with new cover designs. :-)
