A question

FBO..

   Need an opinion .. I am aware there is a line in
bootleg communities regarding Commercial recordings.. 

   I am planning on digitally ripping the audio off
the New Zep DVD .. Albert Hall show tracks.. and
putting it on CD's.. 

   If I were to Tree or Weed that show.. would that be
crossing the line ?  would that be acceptable ?
