i think i've figured it out.  my WAN IP keeps changing.  >_<  it's throwing the 
tracker off, because my dynamic IP domain only updates every ten minutes.

i'll throw up a tracker at work tomorrow, but it'll involve a new .torrent file 
on 
my end.  the one currently up won't work.

should be resolved by tomorrow night.
