bah.  sorry all.  seems there's a problem with the new version of the tracker.  
(which the creator has *assured* is in good working order, and has gone so 
far as to pull down previous versions from his site.)

i'm gonna dig and see if i can't find an older version to install, and try to 
clear 
the problem up.
