Watchtower Seattle 77 dvd-r's

Hi Everybody. A friend of mine received his original dvd-r set from
Japan last week of Kingdom Come by Watchtower label. He says that the
first disc's picture is half a second ahead of the audio. Also, disc 2
is in synch but has some light tracking noise thru-out. Is this on all
original dvd-r sets from Watchtower??? Any info would be greatly
appreciated.
