Tony,
The listserver will not accept posts what have attachments. Here is the 
paragraph
from section 2 of the charter.

Encoded posts: posting binaries, encoded files (including HTML and MIME 
encoding)
or attachments of any kind (including plain text
attachments) to the list is not allowed, regardless of topicality.

What others do is put the pictures on a webpage and provide a link to that page 
in
a post to the list.
