The No Quarter DVD release from Brazil is a pirate and not official.
They've copied many laser discs released in the late 1980's and early 1990s
and released them on DVD. Most of the releases are quasi-5.1 and are not
actually distinct 5.1 although they are flagged to be presented that way on
most receivers. Just think of the way most receivers take a stereo signal
and force it into 5.1 using Prologic II, or DTS Neo, or Logic 7 for Harmon
Kardon owners. For example, the Star Wars Trilogy released on laser disc
have been pirated on DVD and are also flagged "5.1" although they are in
fact PCM stereo.
