Well it looks like our Zepfest promotor is in trouble with the customs
officials when he
was trying to enter the other day. Here's part of the story:
A Canadian man has been detained by North Korean officials as he?s been accused
of plotting
to disrupt a military parade. The Canadian has been identified as Grant Burgess
of Canada.
Burgess was detained by customs officials when they saw that he had a large
container which
contained 20,000 marbles. North Korean customs officials also found in
Burgess?s possession
plans to convert a black Korean car into what North Korean officials describe
as a "deathmobile".
The North Korean officials believe that it was Burgess's intent to drive in
front of the parading
soldiers and release the 20,000 marbles.
The Canadian Embassy were able to successfully get Burgess released from the
North Korean
authorities, however Burgess did end up losing his marbles. When asked about
the accusation
to disrupt the parade in a deathmobile and releasing marbles on the marching
Korean Soldiers,
all Burgess would say is ; I guess the movie Animal House was a hit over here
too?.
