Not sure which book you saw it referenced in, but I can tell you the photo
exists. It used to be available online at hedgerow.net, but that site's
archives section has been taken down.

I'm sure someone has it on their hard drive and could post it somewhere.
Apparently Page dreamt about the scene and decided to have it staged as a
photo. Looked fairly realistic, for the time.
