Earls Court Thoughts

Hey All,
I can't remember who just posted the thoughts on the "BEST" of the Earls
Court shows, but I happen to be listening to 5/18/75 which I downloaded from
Win MX.
Basically, I'm suprised at how subdued the English crowd is in comparison to
the American crowds which I've listened to thus far in the tour. More
specifically I'm surprised how laid back the band is during this particular
performance. Side note: I've always tried to avoid hearing the Earls Court
performances in hopes that I would be blown away if Jimmy and the boys chose
to officially release the material. However, after listening to this
particular performance, I'm a little disappointed and feel that MSG or Long
Beach were more ferocious performances.
Is there a truly energetic Earls Court performance where the boys completely
let loose? Maybe these performances suffer from the "End of the tour
syndrome?"
I'd love to hear thoughts or suggestions.
J
