You too, huh? Mind you, I was never formally banned; I just noticed one day
that my messages weren't making it to the list any longer. But hey, my posts
contained content unacceptable to the listowner--answers to people's trivia
questions, stuff like that.
Mr. Toonz did warn me once about cross-posting. I heeded the warning and
never did it again, but it would seem I'm not welcome to post regardless. I
still receive all messages, though; that's why I say "I was never formally
banned." I do remember receiving some other warning from Toonz, about
something even more ridiculous. Can't recall what, and don't really care. My
one and only query to him went unanswered.
I figure it's because I'm still remembered as the evil entity who in May
2001 or so wanted to run a tree of Montreux 03/07/70 with the soundboard
fragment, raising the ire, if I'm not mistaken, of both Mr. Toonz and Mr.
McCue (from whose Phreaks group said fragment apparently escaped, though
that was news to me).
It has come to my attention lately that few of my dear readers are able to
detect the sarcasm in some of my messages. So just to clear things up, be
aware that this post is heavy on the sarcasm.
