Well I gotta admit, all I found myself doing, was waiting for Robert's voice
to crack on "Going to California" and when it did....I laughed...sorry! You
just knew it was going to happen. Then...if that wasn't bad enough....I
thought this was a promo for his new album....but all it made me want to run
out and buy, was John Basedow's Six Pack Abs video, and that neutrogena firm
copper shit...just how many commercials could they fit into that slot
anyways? I don't know about everyone else...but on my vh-1, all day, all I
had was Micheal Jackson Marathon...only to hurry up and wait for Robert, then
get about 30 minutes of music, and 30 minutes of commercials. I wish I had
vh-1c....apparently that was where it was at....Don't get me wrong...I liked
the show, I liked Robert and the music.....I just tend to find myself abit
critical of him these days, I don't know if it is because I know his voice is
going, and I just want to see what he can still pull out of the hat, or
because I am aggravated that he says he wants to put the past behind, but
still keeps on playing zep songs WITHOUT Jimmy on guitar(btw I am partial to
J.P.) but then Jim played zep songs without Robert..somehow I seem to
rationalize that though. Perhaps I am still just a bit "Dazed and Confused"
I will however purchase the Dreamland cd....................
With that said.....I am ready for some "Wearing and Tearing"
