Cue point clicks?  I don't think so.  I've got the silvers and there are no cue 
point clicks on
this title.  Unfortunately you forgot to mention all the pops throughout the 
show which are too
many to list!  My silvers must be the only set with these pops...

You were correct in that the Control Monitor Mix disc is pretty clean.
